Three Perfect Jeans for Tall Girls

kenosha pass fall engagement session yellow aspens

This is something that has haunted me my entire life:  finding finding jeans with an inseam long enough for my lanky legs!  My worst fear is going into public with jeans that are too short haha. I know not everyone has this problem, but I’ve spent hours trying to find long inseam jeans. SO, I thought I’d share what I’ve found so far with y’all. After years and years of hunting, I have FINALLY found a few brands that I absolutely could not live without.  Praise the Lord.

FYI, I’m 5’10”, and I prefer a 34″-35″ inseam for bootcut jeans and a 30-33″ inseam for skinny jeans.

Mavi Skinny Jeans

I’ve found Mavi jeans to be super comfortable and flattering.  My favorites are the Alexa Skinny Jeans.  They are so soft, and keep their shape pretty well.  I love to wear these with booties or boots, AND the inseam lengths available are 30″, 32″, 34″, and 36″.  I wear a size 27 / 34″ inseam.  Check out how I wore them in Ryan and I’s engagement photos below. 🙂

Abercrombie & Fitch

Y’all, I was pleasantly surprised with Abercrombie’s denim!  Their jeans are great quality, they don’t stretch out too much, and they fit like a glove (but not too tight! i.e. I can still move in them!)  They fit TTS.  I typically wear a 26/27, and the 27 fits perfectly.  The Harper Skinny Jeans are seriously awesome.  (They’re 50% off right now!!)  The low rise isn’t too low at all (it’s a 9″ rise), and the high rise skinny jeans are great when I need a little coverage for my tummy haha.  These come in 27.7″, 29.7″, and 31.7″ inseams.  The 31.7 is perfect for me to wear with booties.  Another awesome thing about these jeans is they are literally SO soft!  I don’t feel like I need to peel them off the minute I get home like I do with other jeans!

Lucky Brand Jeans

Lucky Brand jeans are a staple in my closet.  You can choose from 29″, 31″, 33″, and 35″ inseams!  Yay.  I’ve had one pair for FOUR years, and they are still in pretty great condition!  They are definitely great quality, and most jeans are around $100.  My go-to skinnies are the Stella Low Rise Skinny Jeans.  When I’m not in a skinny jeans mood, I grab my Lolita Mid Rise Bootcut jeans (They are 50% off right now!!!)  I wore my last pair of these until I had a hole in the but from biking in them too much! haha.

So those are my three top brands of jeans for girls who need a long inseam!  Hope this helps y’all next time you’re on the hunt for a perfect pair of jeans. 🙂

Thanks for reading!

xoxo liz
