Happy Memorial Day Weekend!! This long weekend sure did sneak up on me. Time seems to be flying during quarantine!
Today I just wanted to share an easy / patriotic charcuterie board you could make for your family. I always love a good snack, and this is a great option to put out as an appetizer to hold everyone over until dinner is ready. I’ve been putting a version of this board together a lot in the past month. Something about warmer weather makes me crave this + a good glass of red wine!
ingredients:
- CHEESES
- sharp white cheddar (cut into stars)
- brie
- crumbly blue cheese
- of course you can use anything you like! we love trying different local cheeses. everyone loves cheese!
2. MEATS
- Italian salami (rolled up)
- summer sausage
- prosciutto
3. CRACKERS
- water crackers
- wheat thins
- triscuits
4. DIPS
- hummus with olive oil
- salsa (I love Trader Joe’s fire roasted tomato salsa!)
5. BERRIES
- grapes (green or purple)
- strawberries (cut up and tossed with sugar)
- blackberries
- blueberries
- raspberries
Hoping y’all are having a wonderful three day weekend! Today it’s rainy in Boulder, which is actually pretty relaxing. 🙂
