Hi! I am SO excited to hear that you are interested in joining my team! I’m looking to bring on a part-time Content Assistant to help with weekly execution and behind the scenes support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable following systems.
This is an execution focused position that helps keep content running smoothly week to week. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are crucial. 🙂
What This Role Looks Like
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking for consistent, manageable work each week. Bonus if you’re local to the Knoxville area, but not required.

- Content brainstorming + strategy
- Affiliate (LTK & Amazon) management
- Writing blog posts

Skills & Experience
You don’t need to be an expert! But you should be comfortable with:
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Splice, or similar)
- Instagram Stories and DMs
- LTK + Amazon affiliate linking (or willing to learn)
- Basic writing and formatting
- WordPress (or willingness to learn)
Bonus (not required):
- Comfortable using Canva for collages
- Interest in DIY, home, or lifestyle content
- Prior content or social media experience
Part-Time Position Details
- Approximately 8–12 hours per week
- Hourly pay (rate will be based on experience)
- Fully remote (bonus if you’re local to the Knoxville area!)
- Flexible schedule
