Aspen, Coloado is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and it’s such a fun bachelorette party destination! It’s a mountain town that hosts a plethora of different types of people – from ski bums to millionaires, you’ll find it all! Whether you’re wanting to go all out for the weekend or lay low, there’s definitely something for everyone.
There’s direct fights to Aspen from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, and Denver, making it totally accessible for those who don’t like to drive mountain roads. We, however, drove from Boulder to Aspen, and I actually love the drive because the mountain views are just gorgeous! We took a pit stop in Glenwood Springs for lunch at Glenwood Canyon Brewery, and it was so good! The sampler flights of beer is always a fun thing to order, and it’s the perfect location to break up the drive. (Aspen is about 4 hours from Boulder.)
Where to stay:
- Rent a cabin on airbnb or VBRO. That’s what we did for one of my girl friends, and it was awesome having an entire cabin to ourselves. (Click here to see the exact one we stayed in!)
- The Anabelle Inn is a quaint hotel located on Main Street. It has great reviews, and the breakfast sound amazing!
- Wildwood Snowmass
- Snowman Mountain Chalet
Where to eat / drink:
- Venga Venga Cantina is so good! We actually went here twice because we loved it so much haha. You can even to a shot ski or two if you’re so inclined! 😉
- The Bar at Wildwood is a fun place to hang out. They have a nice fireplace if you need to warm up!
- Base Camp Bar & Grill has amazing appetizers and drinks! The truffle fries are to die for.
- SAKE
What to do:
- SKI! There’s four different mountains: Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Buttermilk, so there’s plenty of terrain for all skill levels.
- Enjoy a massage or a facial (or both!) Full Circle Spa and Spa at Viceroy both look so relaxing, but there are tons of options!
- Book a snowmobile tour to the Maroon Bells or Independence Pass. The views are breathtaking!
Bachelorette parties are always a blast, and Aspen has so many things to offer! From outdoor adventures to spas, there’s something for every type of bride to be.
Hope y’all are having a great Wednesday!
Never thought about having a bachelorette in Aspen but after reading this it sounds like such a good idea!
Right?! It’s different but so much fun! Especially if you love the mountains!
Can you link the air b&b you stayed in?
Hey Jenna! I just linked the one we stayed at under the “Where to Stay” section. 🙂 Hope that helps!
Love this post! Considering having my own bachelorette party in CO! What time of year did y’all go for this particular bachelorette party?
Hey Logan! We had the party in February. It snowed 2′ while we were there and it was SO MAGICAL. Anytime through Early April would be fun and snowy!!
