Happy Monday y’all!! I’m Utah right now and it’s actually reeeeally cold (and beautiful) outside, but we’re getting to that time of year again when the weather warms up and we can actually walk outside with bare legs!!! Who else is excited?!
Since it’s warming up, we’re all in need of transition pieces that can be worn into the spring and through the summertime. A good shirt dress is the perfect transition piece IMO because it’s so easy to wear! It’s one simple piece, but add a few accessories to your outfit, and you look like a million bucks with just a little bit of effort haha.
Patterned Shirt Dress:
This multi-color shirt dress I’m wearing is from last season, and I’m praying that it will be back in stock once the weather warms up! The pop of color is so much fun to wear, especially on days when I’m really hyper or just excited about life haha. I’ve linked a few patterned and solid colored shirt dresses below. A pair of wedges, slides, or boots would be perfect with any of these!
Denim Shirt Dress:
A good denim shirt dress is also a closet staple that you’ll get a ton of use out of! The denim looks great with a pair of tall brown boots and a colored moto jacket like this one. I’m *in love* with suede moto jackets right now!
I am in love with the bright colors and vertical stripes on your dress! I honestly love shirt dresses on everyone else but can’t stand them on me. Maybe I should try belting it……. Have a great Monday Liz!
